Refund and Exchange Policy

SALE TERMS: All purchases are final. We don’t accommodate exchanges or returns on our items.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Should you discover a manufacturing flaw, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of receiving your product. We’ll arrange for a replacement of the same item. To validate this, a video of unboxing the product is essential.

RETURN SHIPPING: Customers will initially cover the return shipping costs for defective items, but we’ll reimburse these expenses within 10 days of obtaining the faulty product at our facility.

ARTISANAL NATURE: Each product is handcrafted by skilled artisans, individually, introducing distinctiveness to every item. Minor variations in color, shape, or size are inherent to the craft and aren’t viewed as defects. Such variations won’t qualify for returns or replacements.

RESOLUTION RIGHTS: Given our product’s unique nature, the final decision regarding returns or exchanges rests solely with us. We evaluate every request on a case-by-case basis.
